Steps to remove your card:
- Open the App
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
- Select the 'Account' tab
- Under Wallet, select ‘Payment’
- Select the card under "Saved Payment Methods"
- If you have more than one card on file, they will both show up after selecting
- NOTE: If no card is listed, you don’t have a saved payment method. You can add a new one under ‘Payment Methods.’
- Remove the Card
- Select Edit
- Tap the ‘X’ on the card you want to delete
📌 Important Notes:
- You must have at least one payment method on file to use Bird/Spin. If you’re removing your only saved card, see the next section.
- Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to ensure these steps work correctly.
🚨 Removing Your Only Payment Method
If you need to delete your only saved payment method, our support team can assist you.

2️⃣ Provide the last four digits of the card you want to remove.
- ⚠️ Without this information, we cannot process your request.

❓ I can’t remove my card. What should I do?
- Make sure you don’t have an active ride or pending balance.
- Try restarting your app and attempting again.
❓ Can I add a new payment method after removing one?
- Yes! Simply go to the ‘Payment’ section and select ‘Add Payment Method.’
❓ What if I need to change my default payment method?
To update your default card, add a new one first, then remove the old one.
