How to remove my credit card

Steps to remove your card:

  1. Open the App
    • Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
  2. Go to ‘Payment’
  3. Choose the Card to Remove
    • Under ‘Payment Default,’ locate the card you want to delete.
    • If no card is listed, you don’t have a saved payment method. You can add a new one under ‘Payment Methods.’
  4. Remove the Card
    • Swipe left on the card you want to delete.
    • Tap the ‘Remove’ button that appears.
  5. Confirm Deletion
    • Wait a few moments for the app to confirm that the card has been removed.

📌 Important Notes:

  • You must have at least one payment method on file to use Bird/Spin. If you’re removing your only saved card, see the next section.
  • Make sure your app is updated to the latest version to ensure these steps work correctly.

 

🚨 Removing Your Only Payment Method

If you need to delete your only saved payment method, our support team can assist you.

1️⃣ Click the Submit a Request button below.
2️⃣ Provide the last four digits of the card you want to remove.

  • ⚠️ Without this information, we cannot process your request.

I can’t remove my card. What should I do?

  • Make sure you don’t have an active ride or pending balance.
  • Try restarting your app and attempting again.

Can I add a new payment method after removing one?

  • Yes! Simply go to the ‘Payment’ section and select ‘Add Payment Method.’

What if I need to change my default payment method?

To update your default card, add a new one first, then remove the old one.
