Managing Your Payment Methods
Need to remove a payment method from your Bird account? No problem! Here’s how you can easily do it right from the app:
How to Remove a Payment Method
1. Open the App:
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.
2. Navigate to 'Payment':
- Select the 'Payment' tab from the menu.
3. Select the Card:
- Under 'Payment Default,' find the card you want to remove.
- Note: If no card is listed, you don’t currently have a card on file. You can add one by selecting from the available 'Payment Methods.'
4. Remove the Card:
- Swipe left on the card you want to delete.
- Tap the 'Remove' button that appears.
5. Confirm Deletion:
- Wait a few moments for the app to confirm that the card has been removed.
Deleting Your Only Payment Method
If you only have one payment method on file and need to delete it, we’re here to help! Simply click the "Submit a Request" button below, and our team will assist you.
Important: For security reasons, please include the last four digits of the card(s) you want to delete in your request. Without this information, we cannot remove your card.
