You can cancel your free trial or subscription anytime by going to Menu > Bird+ in the Bird app.
When you cancel a free trial, your benefits will end immediately. When you cancel a paid subscription, your benefits will stay active until the end of the subscription period you already paid for.
If you did not ride within a paid subscription period or only had unsuccessful rides, e.g. due to technical issues, you may request a refund by clicking the 'Submit a request/issue' link below and fill out the form related to your issue.
