Trouble Logging In? Here’s Why
- Too Many Accounts on One Device: For security reasons, we limit the number of accounts that can be created on a single device. Please use one of your existing accounts.
- Device Ban: If your device has been banned, it may be due to unsafe riding behavior or suspected fraud, such as repeated failed payments. Please contact support if you believe this is a mistake.
- Using a VPN: We sometimes block VPNs for security reasons. Try turning off your VPN and then attempt to log in again.
Logging into a new account
- If you log in with a new email, a new account will be created for you. Please make sure you're logging in with the same email or sign in method (apple login) that you previously used to take rides
