I can’t login to the Bird app

There are a few reasons you might not be able to log in:

You created too many user accounts on the same device

For security reasons, we limit the number of accounts that can be created on one device. Please use one of your existing accounts.

We banned your device 

This happens if we have proof that you showed dangerous riding behavior or attempted to fraud us, e.g. you had significant failed payments for your rides.

You are using a VPN

Sometimes we block VPNs for security reasons. Please deactivate your VPN and try again.
