How to Turn Balance Auto Reload On or Off

In some markets, you can turn the Balance Auto Update feature on or off.

Here’s how to do it in the app:

1. Go to the "Account" tab in the app
2. Tap on "Payment"
3. Under Support, choose "Wallet Settings"
4. Select "Auto Reload"
   1. If your market allows it, you can turn Auto Reload on or off here
   2. You can also change the Auto Reload amount. You might need to have a $0 balance before the toggle and selection screen appear.

The chosen Auto Update amount will be added to your account as credit to use for your rides. When your balance reaches $0, it will automatically reload from your default payment method.
