Free Rides for Frontline Responders

Bird is now offering free rides for medical professionals and healthcare workers. Eligible riders will receive either two free rides per day for a month, up to 30 minutes each or 50% off 4 rides (this depends on the market). This can be renewed every 3 months for as long as Bird continues offering the program. This program is currently available in Seattle, Newark NJ, Hamilton Canada, Windsor Canada & Surrey Canada.

 

How to enroll:

  1. To sign up or renew your enrollment, please fill out this form here with a copy of the following information:
    1. Your medical identification card (e.g. hospital ID)
    2. Full name
    3. Phone number 
    4. Email associated with your Bird account (this can be found in the settings tab of your app)
      1. Please make sure you have the correct email in order to avoid delays

Please note, all participants are bound by the terms of Bird's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Bird's Rental Agreement. By participating in the “Free Rides for Frontline Responders” program, you agree that access: (i) must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be sold or transferred in any manner, unless expressly permitted by Bird; (iii) may be disabled by Bird at any time for any reason without liability to Bird; (iv) may only be used pursuant to the specific terms that Bird establishes for such program; and (v) may be subject to quantity or value limits as determined by Bird. Bird reserves the right to terminate access to the “Free Rides for Frontline Responders” program in the event that Bird determines or believes that the use of the program was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of Bird's Agreements or specific terms applicable to the “Free Rides for Frontline Responders” program.
