I can’t access a Bird that is on the charger map

If you can’t find a Bird located on the charger map, you can try to activate the alarm by selecting the Bird, clicking MORE OPTIONS and pressing SOUND ALARM

We encourage you to check within a 30 foot radius, as the Bird may be just around the corner. Make sure that you have your Bluetooth on.  

The last location is the best indicator before heading to a Bird, as it refers to the last time that particular Bird was used. We recommend sticking with Birds that have recent last location updates. 

But if multiple Birds appear inside a building or residence, please report suspicious activity directly in-app by following these steps:

1) Please make sure that your app is up to date.
2) Tap on any Bird you want to report.

3) Tap on "More Options".
4) Scroll down and tap on "Report".
5) Write in a detailed description of the suspicious activity so we can follow-up.
