Bird sticker/pin is different from ID shown in-app

If you upon capture find that the Bird ID found on the neck of the Bird is different than the code shown in-app, please mark the Bird as damaged in MY TASKS.

After marking the Bird as damaged, please proceed as you would for a normal Bird: Capture, Charge, and Release at a Nest location in the morning.

Unless there is damage to the battery or wiring, please keep it charging overnight, even if it doesn't report a charge.
