Bank accounts or debit cards are the two forms of payout you can use for your charger profile.
Prepaid cards, gift cards, and any other forms of payment are not accepted.
If you would like to change your preferred method of payment, submit a request below, and we will reset your payment information and you will be able to add new payment information.
You will be asked in the app to enter new payout information. We urge users to enter banking information (including account number and sort code) as opposed to debit cards. Please make sure to fill in all required information, and we will get your payments reprocessed.
