Give the app a reset and make sure that you have updated the App to our latest firmware. If you still can’t access Charger mode in the App, submit a request below.   

Note: This only applies to chargers who have been approved and been sent power supplies. If you have not received your power supplies or have not been selected yet to be a charger, please wait for our Onboarding team to reach out to your regarding your charger application.
