I can't log into my account - What do I do?

After downloading the Bird app on your new device, enter the same email you used on your old device or account. Emails are case-sensitive, so be sure you enter your email with the same capitalisation as you did on your previous device.

After logging in, you will receive an email from Bird with a magic link. Copy and paste the code received in the email into your app, and you will receive access to your account once again.

If you continue to experience an issue accessing your account, submit a request.
