- Go to the menu button on the top left-hand corner of the app and switch on Charger Mode.
Turning on Charger Mode
- Tap the menu icon on the top left-hand corner of the Bird app
- Slide the toggle by the word “Charger” to the right
Note: If this is your first time as a Charger, and you do not see this switch, please completely close out of your application and relaunch the app. If it still does not appear, contact support to make sure that your Charger Mode has been activated.
If you are not a first-time Charger, please try troubleshooting your application before contacting support. To troubleshoot, please:
- Completely close out of your application and re-launch the app
- Ensure that you have a strong mobile or WiFi connection (Charger Mode requires an active network connection)
- Make sure you are logged into your original account (same case-sensitive email) in which your Charger Mode was activated
