Can’t end your ride? Try these quick fixes!

If you’re having trouble ending your ride, don’t worry — this usually has a quick fix! Follow these steps:


Step 1: Move out of a no-parking zone

You might be in a no park zone. Zoom out of your in app map and see if you are in a Red or Grey area. This can indicate you can’t park or end your ride there.
Ride just outside these zones, then try ending your ride again.


Step 2: Park in a marked parking spot

Some cities require you to end rides only in designated “P” zones.
If you’re already in one but still can’t end your ride, it may be a GPS issue.

📍 Try moving a few meters or reopening the app, then attempt to end the ride again.


Step 3: Check your internet connection

A weak connection can prevent the app from closing your ride properly.

🔄 Try toggling Airplane mode on and off or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
