When ending your ride, safely pull off the road and locate an appropriate space to park at a bike rack or on the sidewalk. The parking location must not obstruct handicapped accessibility or pedestrian or vehicle traffic. The parking regulations may change based on local rules.

The in-app tutorial, accessible when attempting to ride a vehicle, includes local parking regulations. Make sure to read it when visiting other cities. 

How to Park (Locks on Vehicles)

If you are in a city that has locks on the vehicles, you can follow the steps below on how to properly park:

Secure your Bird Do not block access
Birds must be locked to Bike Racks, Parking or Stop Sign Posts, or In-Street Corrals. 

Do not block the public right of way. 

 

How to Park (Mandatory Parking)

If you are in a city that requires you to park in a specific location marked as a "P" on the Rider map, you can follow the steps below on how to properly park:

Know the Zones Park in a Parking Spot Find a Nearby Corral
You’re near restricted areas that could affect your ride. Check the map and click on the areas to learn more.  Per city regulations, you must park in a spot that’s labeled in the app with a “P”.  Make sure you are in one of the city's designated parking corrals.
