If you find that you need extra assistance from our support team, please submit a help request with all information relative to your issue, such as the Bird ID’s, bounty amount, actions taken, and the issue you've experienced. A member of our team will assess your situation and find a resolution as quickly they can.


Once a help request has been submitted, please do not submit another help request. Our team is constantly answering help requests, and responds to every request received. Submitting another message only pushes your request to the back of the queue.


Note: If due to an extremely high volume of help requests your request hasn't been responded to in 48+ hours, please submit another request to Help.
