How to report
If you’ve come across inappropriate rider behavior and need to report it, please do so through the “Community Mode” feature in your Bird App. Click on the triangle at the bottom left-hand side of your map to open the feature.
While submitting, you will be asked to select the issue you are reporting as well as the specific reason for the issue.
