What has changed?
To navigate our new Help Center, you can now click through the user-friendly categories and dive into each subject.
We reviewed our content and created a ton of additional articles to offer help when you need it so you can enjoy all that Bird has to offer.
If you’re having trouble locating an article, try using the search bar!
Contacting Support has never been easier. If you need any further help than what is included in an article, just scroll to the bottom and tap “Submit a Request.” From there, enter your issue into the form and we will be able to solve your request quicker than ever before. You can even test it at the bottom of this article!
All responses will be sent to the email address associated with your Bird account. If you need to change your account’s email, you can see how to do that in this article. If you are creating a ticket on the website, you will need to enter an email address.
