Trouble Shooting Steps
If you are unable to log into your Bird account please try some of these troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you do not have a VPN on
2. Make sure your app is up to date
3. Close out the app and re-open it
4. Delete your app and re-download it
5. Make sure your wifi is off and your bluetooth is on.
More than 2 Bird accounts
Please keep in mind you are only allowed to create 2 Bird accounts per 30 days. If you try to create a 3rd account within the 30 days you will receive the error message "Account Creation Forbidden"
If you are still unable to log in to your account please send us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving with the email associated with your Bird account.
