Trouble Shooting Steps
If you are unable to log into your Bird account please try some of these troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure your app is up to date
2. Close out the app and re-open it
3. Delete your app and redownload it
4. Make sure your wifi is off and your bluetooth is on.
If you are still unable to log in to your account please send us a screenshot of the error message you are receiving with the email associated with your Bird account.
