How do I charge my vehicle?
Charge the vehicle using the power supply provided when you received the vehicle. Do not use any other power supply or damage to vehicle may result. Always keep your vehicle plugged in and charging overnight — never let the battery run to 0.
Warning: NEVER attempt to charge a wet vehicle. Serious bodily injury or death can occur. If the vehicle becomes submerged in water or there is risk of any water intrusion into the battery compartment, contact Bird support for further instructions; do not ride or charge the vehicle.
My vehicle isn’t working. What should I do?
Message us through the app or call 1-866-205-2442 for help. A vehicle that is not operating as expected through no fault of the renter will be swapped for a similar vehicle.
What if the vehicle gets damaged?
If your vehicle is damaged or malfunctions, report it to Bird through the app. We will evaluate and potentially repair or swap out the vehicle for a new one at no cost. Bird reserves the right to charge you for any damage you cause to the vehicle, as well as any vandalism, vehicle abuse, or other total loss of the vehicle. Bird will also not swap/repair for cosmetic-only damage.

What happens if my vehicle is lost or stolen?
In addition to filing a police report, contact us as soon as possible at 1-866-205-2442. Loss of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the renter. You may be charged up to $500. You can track the location of your vehicle through the app.
