We process payments via direct deposit same-day for all vehicles charged and released before 7 a.m. Any vehicles released after 7 a.m will take 1-3 business days to process. While we initiate payments the same-day, it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to reflect on your account, depending on your banking institution.
To ensure same-day payment initiation, Chargers must release their Bird(s):
1) By 7 a.m.
2) With at least 95% battery upon release
You may experience an issue with your payment if one or both of the requirements above aren’t met. Failure to meet these requirements may result in our system only sending partial pay.
If you released Birds on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, you may not see the payment until the following Monday to Wednesday. You may also experience a slight delay in payments if Birds were released on a holiday/holiday weekend.
*In Israel and Poland: Payments are processed respectively every two and one week.
To ensure full payment for each vehicle, Chargers must:
1) Release vehicles by the listed due time
2) Charge and release vehicles with at least 95% battery
Failure to meet these requirements may result in partial payment for your vehicles.
