Payment processing
We process payments via direct deposit on the same day for all vehicles released before 7:00 a.m. Any vehicles released after 7:00 a.m. will take 1-3 business days to process. While we initiate payments on the same day, it may take up to three business days for the payment to reflect on your account, depending on your banking institution.
In Warsaw, payments are processed once per week for all tasks performed in the previous week.
In Tel Aviv, payments are processed once every two weeks for all tasks performed in the previous two weeks.
To ensure same-day payment initiation, Flyers must release their vehicle(s) to the following standards:
• Complete move tasks by their due time.
• Complete charge tasks by 7:00 a.m. with at least 95% battery upon release.
You may experience an issue or reduction in your payment if one or both of the requirements above aren’t met. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a partial payout.
If you released Birds on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you may not see the payment until the following Monday to Wednesday due to bank hours. You may also experience a slight delay in payments if Birds were released on a holiday or holiday weekend.
Not receiving payments
You may not be receiving payments if:
• There is a pause on your payment profile due to verification requirements.
• Your payment information is incorrect.
