Monday through Friday. 9:30am to 12pm, 1pm to 5:30pm. No weekend access. Monitor text announcements for changes in hours, specifically for winter markets.
Accessing the Facility
If you need a gate code, please write into Help or contact the Fleet Coordinator. Do not go to the front office under any circumstance.
If the Fleet Coordinator is not around, please wait 10 minutes before reaching out to Mech Support via the HELP section in the app.
Respect the Facility and Neighbors
Please DO NOT directly speak with the front desk or any storage operations personnel regarding any issues with your Birds or drop off. Contact Mechanic Support via the HELP section in app assistance.
Do not impede access to the other units while transporting Birds.
Please be courteous of the other tenants in the storage facility.
At Our Unit
Access to the storage unit outside of business hours is not permitted. If your Fleet Coordinator is not there, please patiently wait 10 minutes before reaching out to Support.
Never place Birds outside of the unit. If you are having issues accessing the unit reach out with via Help.
Be respectful to the Fleet Coordinator and other mechanics.
Never take anything from the storage unit (parts/scooter/supplies) that is not given to you by the Fleet Coordinator
