Power Supply Color Indicators

If there is a delay in the Bird app when you're refreshing your vehicles' battery levels, the colored light indicator on your power supply is the next best way to identify your vehicle's power levels.

If a red light appears on the power block while the vehicle is plugged in, then it is not fully charged and requires more time being plugged in.

A green light indicates that your vehicle is completely charged and is ready for release.

You will see the accurate and correct charge percentage on your phone upon the proper release of a vehicle in the morning.

If your vehicle is not updating in charge, it may be damaged. Please visit: Handling Damaged Vehicles
