If you notice vehicles you have captured are plugged in and not charging, please submit a ticket using our in-app HELP feature.
After we mark the vehicle as damaged, please charge and release the vehicle at a Damage Nest location in the morning, which will be indicated by a wrench icon on your map. Unless there is damage to the battery or wiring, please keep it charging overnight, even if it doesn't report a charge. If you don't see payment after releasing it to a Nest, please submit a request with the following information:
- Vehicle ID(s)
- Description of the damage
- A photo of the site of damage, or a photo of the power supply when the vehicle is plugged in
- Details of the Nest you released the damaged vehicle in
- A picture of the vehicle in its Nest
Note: If you find a damaged vehicle in the wild that is not on the charger map, please leave it as is. It has been marked for damage and is awaiting retrieval.
