If you plug in captured vehicles for four to seven hours, and you notice they aren’t charging, please report it using Community Mode in the app.
After we mark the vehicle as damaged, please release the vehicle in a damage nest location in the morning, which will be indicated by a wrench icon on your map. Unless there is damage to the battery or wiring, please keep it charging overnight, even if it doesn't report a charge. If you don't see payment after releasing it to a nest, please submit a request with the following information:
• Vehicle ID(s)
• Description of the damage
• Details of the nest you released the damaged vehicle in
• A picture of the vehicle in its nest
Note: If you find a damaged vehicle in the wild that is not on the Flyer map, please leave it as is. It has been marked for damage and is awaiting retrieval.
