If you can’t access Flyer mode, please follow these steps:
• Close out of your Bird app and update it to the latest firmware.
• Ensure that you have a strong cell or WiFi connection. (Flyer mode requires an active network connection.)
• If Flyer mode still does not appear, double-check that you are logged in with the exact same case-sensitive email address and password that you used to sign up.
If you have NOT received power kits or have not completed a task yet:
• Complete the Become a Flyer form in the app or sign up directly on our website.
• After completing the form, you will be enabled as a Level 1 Flyer and can begin doing move tasks immediately."
