Bank accounts or debit cards are the two forms of payout you can use for your charger profile.
You can use a debit card associated with a major bank or a checking account to receive payment for charging Birds. Prepaid cards, gift cards, and any other forms of payment are not accepted.
If you would like to change your preferred method of payment, submit a ticket using our in-app HELP feature. We will reset your payment information and you will be able to add new payment information to your account.
You will be asked directly in the app to enter new payout information. We urge users to enter banking information (including account number and routing number) as opposed to debit cards. Please make sure to fill out all required information, and we will get your payments reprocessed.
