If you're having trouble logging into your account, delete the Bird app and reinstall it from the App Store. After downloading the Bird app on your device, enter the same email you used when you originally created your Bird account.
Emails are case-sensitive, so be sure you enter your email with the same capitalization as you did on your previous device.
After logging in, you will receive an email from Bird with a magic link. Copy the code from the email and paste it into your Bird app and you will be logged in automatically.
