If you come across a vehicle that says Lost when you attempt to capture it, please contact us via the Help section in the app, and we will help troubleshoot or make the vehicle available for capture. Once it's available, you can proceed to capture, move or charge, and release the vehicle at a nest in the morning.
Please let us know if you encounter any issues when capturing the vehicle.
If the vehicle is damaged, please submit a damaged report through Community Mode, then proceed to release it at a damage nest.
