I cannot access charger mode

If you have already received power supplies and have completed a charge:

  1. Close and re-open the app
  2. Make sure you are updated to the latest version of the app
  3. Upon login, be sure that you are using the same, case-sensitive email that is on file on your account.
  4. If you continue to experience issues accessing your charger functions, please submit a request, and an agent will assist you in recovering your account.

If you have not received power supplies or have not completed a charge yet:

  1. Complete sign-up in app to become a Bird charger.
  2. Our Onboarding Team reviews all sign-ups and will reach out as Chargers are needed.
    1. The selection could take few weeks depending on your market/area. Once you’ve been selected, we will ship your power supplies and provide an email with the tracking number.
