Try to push and hold the Power On button and make sure that you have good Bluetooth Connection.
If you still can’t power on the Bird and therefore can’t release the Bird into the Nest. Please leave the Bird in the Nest location, and submit a request below with the following:
1. Screenshot of the issue you've encountered at the time of release
2. Screenshot of the nest location you're trying to release at
3. Picture of the birds in their nest
4. Bird ID's
Once you provide that - you're all good to leave the nest!
Heads up: If you can't provide documentation upon release, we will not be able to credit your account. So moving forward, make sure you document your releases in order to get full credit.
