If the QR code is missing, you can use the 4-5 digit Bird ID to manually capture the Bird.
If the Bird ID is missing:
1. Check for a sticker located on the side of the Bird near the kick stand.
2. Take a clear picture of the sticker with the SN number (it should be the one on the left).
3. Submit a request with a picture of the serial number, along with the first two digits for this Bird that you see on the charger map.
An agent will then provide you with that Bird ID so you can capture it.
