I have signed up to be a charger and have not received my shipping supplies yet

Thank you for signing up to be a Charger! Our Charger Onboarding Team is currently reviewing all sign-ups and will reach out as additional Chargers are needed. The selection may take a few weeks depending on your market/area (we cannot expedite your request). Once you’ve been selected, we will ship your power supplies and provide an email with the tracking number.

Note: Your power supply deposit has not been assessed at this time.
