I have not received my payment yet

To ensure same-day payment initiation, Chargers must release their Bird(s):

1) Between 4AM and 7AM
2) With at least 95% battery upon release

While payments are initiated on the same day, payments can take between 1-3 days to process and post to your bank account.

You may experience an issue with your payment if one or both of the requirements above aren’t met. Failure to meet these requirements may result in our system only sending partial pay. 

If you have not received payment after 3 business days, submit a request and one of our agents will contact you. 

Note: Birds released on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday take 1 to 3 business days to process and post to your account, and may not post until the following Mon-Wed.
