I released my Birds before 7AM but have not received payment

To ensure same-day payment initiation, Chargers must release their Bird(s):

1) Between 4AM - 7AM

2) With at least 95% battery upon release

Payments are processed daily and may take up to 3 business days to post to your bank account. You may experience an issue with your payment if one or both of the requirements above are not met and it may result in our system only sending partial payment.

If you have not received same day payment even though you did everything correctly, submit a request and one agent will shortly contact you to help you out.
