I was not paid for my Bird

I charged and released my Birds, but didn’t receive payment. To ensure full payment, Chargers must release their Bird(s):

1) Between 4AM - 7AM
2) With at least 95% battery upon release

You may experience an issue with your payment if one or both of the requirements above are not met and it may result in our system sending partial payment or no payment.

Additionally, Birds that are being held over 24 hours will automatically be cancelled and you won't receive any payout.

If you believe your missing payment is an error, please submit a request, and an agent will assist.
