The Bird ID has been removed. What do I do?

If you find a Bird that had its ID or QR code removed, please check to see if there is a sticker located on the underside of the Bird near the kickstand. Send us a clear image of that sticker, specifically the one with the SN number (it should be the one on the left), and one of our agents will be able to identify the Bird.

Note: If there is no PIN#, QR code, or serial number on the base of the Bird, please submit a request and attache a screenshot of that Bird on your charger map (with the Birds first two ID numbers) and your current location or map coordinates. An agent will then contact you to provide you with the Bird ID for capture.
