If you come across a Bird that you are unable to capture during the day it is probably not available in Charger Mode. This can happen for multiple reasons, for example:
- The Bird is currently available for Rider use
- The Bird is damaged and waiting to be repaired
If the Bird does not appear on the charger map, please leave that Bird and move on to the next.
If you find a Bird available for capture but cannot capture it in-app via the QR code or the Bird ID, submit a request and an agent will assist.
