If the app did not register the charge it may be due to bad Bluetooth connectivity or the Bird being Offline.
In this case, please refer to the indicator light located on the power kit to assess the Birds charge level. If the kit displays a red light, the Bird is still charging. If the light is green, that Bird is charged and ready for release.
If after a few minutes the app doesn't update with the correct battery information, the Bird may be damaged and in need of repairs. Submit a request with the address that you left it at, as well as a photo, and we will properly credit your account.
