Due Time and Overdue Birds

As you know, getting fully charged Birds out by 7:00 a.m. each morning is an important part of what you do as a Charger. When you check the “My Tasks” list, you can easily see when your Birds are due to be charged and released. Any Birds still captured after the assigned 7:00 a.m. due time will become ‘Overdue’ and automatically lock.

What is Due Time?

When you capture a Bird, a due time is calculated for when the Bird needs to be released. The calculated time is based on when the Bird was captured and its battery percentage. You can find each Bird’s due time under the “My Tasks” list in Charger Mode.

Why do I have an Overdue Bird?

If you did not release your Bird by it’s assigned 7:00 a.m. due time, it will appear as overdue under the “My Tasks” list. You’ll need to release the overdue Bird before you can capture more Birds.

Why can’t I capture Birds?

Check the “My Tasks” list in Charger Mode. If you have any Birds that are overdue, you’ll need to release them into a Nest before you’re able to capture again.

Why is my overdue Bird locked?

Birds that are not released by their due time will automatically lock. The Early Bird gets the worm, so make sure to release before your 7:00 a.m. due time.

Will I still get paid for overdue Birds?

Yes, you will be paid for Birds that you have fully charged even when they are overdue. However, your earnings for Birds released after their assigned 7:00 a.m. due time may be decreased up to 50%.
